Guidelines and posting rules
This section of the Michiganwhitetails forum is for the benefit of our members and shall not be abused.
1.The \"For Sale\" section of the Forum is established so that private individuals/land owners may engage in buying, selling and swapping of personal items. This is the only section of the forum where this activity is appropriate. Realtors and other land management agencies are prohibited from placing their ads here without the permission of Michiganwhitetails.net
Users of this Forum are expected to..
2. refrain from making claims about a product which are exaggerated or untrue.
3. State the selling price of the item. This stated price will be held in record and if the selling price is met, the seller is expected to make good on his/her listing and therefore provide the buyer with the stated item.
4. Quality photos of said product for sale are recommended within the original thread that the item is listed in to help you sell your product.
5.Adjust original post to read \"SOLD\" When your item sells. To do this please EDIT the thread adding the word \"Sold\" to the first post topic.
6.Do not delete your thread. The thread must remain open for all bidders to view so that some sort of credibility can be established for both the seller and the site.
7. If the seller renigs, backs out, or does not supply the specified item as advertised, no recourse shall be given him for any comments made by the buyer or any other member who feels the seller was indeed, not truthful.
8.Owners, moderators or any agent of michiganwhitetails.net has the right to delete any posting of any item for sale for any reason without notice to the seller or explanation to same.
9.Sellers found to be in violation of the above rules shall be subject to any or all of the following......
9a. Placement on a \"Do Not Buy From\" list posted for public viewing on this site.
9b. Banned from this site without recourse.
9c. Any other actions deemed necessary to protect the members in good standing of this site.
